Information when you communicate using our products or services, including the content of such communications and the time/date of the communications.

Information that you provide through surveys and webforms, such as the Art of Peace Sign-Up Form, which may include, among other things, information including or about name, age range, contact information, branch of military service, employment status, educational background, and emotional wellness, including information about general wellbeing, stress, and anxiety levels, and history of mental health services.
